He is currently the co-founder and CEO of UNARIC, a company that acquires and helps Salesforce ISVs grow together. 

James has a proven track record of building and scaling successful SaaS businesses, as well as leading strategic initiatives such as mergers, fundraises, and partnerships. He previously founded Precursive, a leading enterprise SaaS company in the Salesforce ecosystem, where he merged with Taskfeed and closed a private equity transaction. He also founded GVG Ventures, an advisory and investment firm that works across various domains such as fintech, proptech, data, and analytics.
